- What is the difference between the Tailor-i Online & Instore Tailor-i?
  Tailor-i Online: A web-based application that seamlessly integrates with your existing or new website, helping expand your client base globally.

- Where do you maintain Customer Database and Fabric inventory?
  If Textronics provides the complete B2C solution, we manage the customer database and fabric inventory securely.
  Alternatively, if you handle the application independently, your team will manage these aspects. However, fabric samples will be scanned and securely stored on our server.
- What if communication with your server breaks down?
  Such occurrences are rare, but our Customer Support team is always available to assist if needed.
- Does this software run with user license or any other mode?

Design 3D
- Do you offer support services for clients outside India
  Yes, we provide online support via Team Viewer, ensuring that time zones and differences are taken into account. This approach eliminates the need for on-site visits from India, providing instant responses to queries and saving valuable time.
- Is your software client-server capable?
  Since Design 3D is a graphics-intensive application, it is not designed as a client-server application.
  For maximum efficiency in CAD for textile design, the software is best installed independently on a single PC.
- How many users can access the software?
  Although it is not a client-server application, multiple licenses allow the software to operate independently on various computers, ensuring seamless work for teams using CAD software for textile designing.
- Do I need a license for the server where I store only the DBS
  No, you do not need a server license. All data and images generated by the application are image files and can be stored directly on your hard drive (HDD).
- What kind of SQL is used in the software?
  Design 3D does not use SQL as it works with DIB/image files, similar to tools like Illustrator or Photoshop, designed specifically for computer-aided textile design.
- What operating systems are compatible with Design 3D?
  Design 3D is compatible with all versions of Windows OS. However, for optimal performance in CAD for textile design, we recommend using Windows 7 Professional Edition.
- How many days of training are needed to understand the software? Do you offer training services outside India?

  The product deliver would be physical.
  Design Jacquard is delivered physically. The dongle/hardware key for the program will be couriered to you. Once the dongle is received, simply attach it to your computer to initiate use of this advanced CAD for textile design tool.
- What file extensions can be used for exporting designs from Design Jacquard?
